Martina “PRIME” Moore, Founder CEO

Prime founded Melanin Coaster Network in February 2022 by creating a private Facebook group for people of color. He organized the first Primetime Link-Up at Carowinds for a Juneteenth event in 2022. Through rigorous recruitment and community focused engagement, he was able to grow the network tremendously with members/supporters across the country. He is the visionary of the organization and is responsible for the overall development of MCN. Prime appointed the Chief Operating Officer and President along with the support team members. As the CEO, he is responsible for business development, implementing social media and branding strategies, recruitment, managing agendas, creating member events, and builds relationships with theme parks and industry leaders. Prime formulates business objectives and makes strategic decisions for MCN.

When Prime is not catching a flight to Hersheypark, he enjoys spending time with family and watching the Philadelphia Eagles’ Jalen Hurts play football. Prime grew up on the Gulf Coast enjoying the boating life with his father. Coming from a family of athletes, Prime grew up traveling around the country playing competitive baseball. His dream was to become a professional baseball player and he never thought he would become a roller coaster enthusiast. With a presence that fills any room, he is the life of the party. He never meets a stranger, just a new friend. Prime is a very competitive person and loves participating in various activities such as corn hole, pool, bowling, and playing board games. In Prime’s professional life, he has been in law enforcement for more than 10 years.

Chalmette Pringle, Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Hometown: Ocean Springs, MS

#1 Theme Park: Universal Orlando

Chalmette is Prime's family, business partner, and assistant. When Chalmette joined the network in February 2023, she became MCN’s Executive Assistant. After working diligently with her administrative responsibilities, she was promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Chalmette is responsible for maintaining and updating MCN’s website, building Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, managing gold membership accounts, purchase orders, inventory and MCN’s finances. With over 15 years of customer service experience, Chalmette’s goal is to provide assistance and resolutions to concerns and matters that may arise with members and others who support the network. She oversees the overall customer service experience and external communications within the organization. She has a Master's degree in Criminal Justice and is contracted with the U.S. Navy as a Future Operations Scheduler/Training Analyst for a foreign military sales program.

A small town girl growing up on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi, she loves spending time with her family. She is a foodie and enjoys cooking new recipes. Shopping on Saturdays and listening to old school R & B music are her stress relievers. She learns something new every day about different roller coasters and theme parks.

Steven R. Miller, President

Hometown: Savannah, GA

#1 Coaster: X2

Favorite Park: Cedar Point

Steven R. Miller joined Melanin Coaster Network (MCN) on January 26, 2023. It was his videos covering his visits to several theme parks that caught the attention of Founder CEO Prime with MCN, which led to an invite to a Primetime link-up. Shortly after, Prime invited Miller to join the media and leadership team to assist with facilitating link-ups and events, as well as content creation and overall management of MCN’s TikTok account. Miller quickly formed a “Big Brother” relationship with Prime by offering guidance, support, and advice when necessary. Miller is a district level Behavioral Specialist in the field of education, a TikTok influencer and a motivational speaker.  

Miller has a heart for servant/leadership and comes to MCN with over 20 years of public service experience under his belt. He is a father and a mentor to many students. He graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. As a war-veteran who served in Kuwait and Iraq, he has also served as Chapter Director of the 501c(3) non-profit organization called the 5th Ward Boys Association. Steven works for Rockdale County Public Schools as a Prevention / Intervention Specialist. Miller's role as president is to facilitate events, implement business development, create ideas, and plan agendas. Miller’s goal for serving MCN is focused on continuous creation of safe and positive spaces to travel, network, and experience great theme parks with MCN members, team members, their families, and supporters.
